Arizona Condo Flip
This was a flip that we managed from Los Angeles. There was not an inch of the condo that we did not touch. The kitchen was by far the biggest transformation as we moved the refrigerator and stove to different walls, and expanded the footprint by 2 feet. We also opened the side of the kitchen creating a bar to eat at.
Staging by Mary Ann Wong & Steve Wachs
The primary bathroom had an awkward wall that jutted out. We cut back the wall and added a barn door to close for privacy.
Almost everything in these rooms is brand new. Doors, hardware, floors, paint, lighting, ceiling fans, etc. We painted the walls a crisp white with contrasting dark grey doors and black hardware for a modern, Arizona vibe.
New carpet, paint, baseboards, windows, and ceiling fan helped to transform this room into a new, calm retreat
